These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the player") and Jeetcity ("Jeetcity Casino", "the Casino"), owned and operated by Dama N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao (registration number 152125, registered office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao), operating under E-gaming licence No. OGL/2023/174/0082 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under the LOK regime.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet at Jeetcity Casino, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, the bonus terms in section 7, and the Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page always applies, and material changes are announced in advance.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

• Registration requires a valid email, a strong password and accurate personal details — false information voids winnings
• Only one account is permitted; duplicates are closed and associated bonuses cancelled

• Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared with any third party

4. Verification (KYC)

Jeetcity Casino verifies every player's identity under its licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification is a one-time process and clears within one to two business days for most Australian players. Required documents:

• Photo ID — passport or current driver's licence
• Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days

5. Deposits

• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party cards, accounts and wallets are prohibited

6. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for depositing wherever technically possible

• Processing targets: 1–6 hours for crypto, 1–24 hours for e-wallets, 1–3 business days for PayID/bank transfer, 3–7 business days for wire
• Weekly and monthly withdrawal caps scale with VIP tier; progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these caps
• Withdrawal requests while a bonus is active void the bonus and its winnings

7. Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering is 40× the bonus amount unless a promotion states otherwise; the same rate applies to free spin winnings
• The maximum bet while wagering any bonus is AUD$1 per spin or round

• One bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method

8. Restricted Activities

• Fraud, collusion or chip-dumping of any kind, in any game
• Multi-accounting, including accounts registered to relatives at the same address
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask a restricted location
• Bots, automated play software or exploiting documented game faults
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards staff or other players
• Money laundering or any use of the Casino for purposes other than personal entertainment

Breaches result in account closure, balance forfeiture and, where required, a report to the licensing authority.

9. Responsible Gambling

Jeetcity Casino provides deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, detailed on the Responsible Gaming page. During an active self-exclusion you may not register or use another account; attempting to do so results in permanent closure.

10. Intellectual Property

The Jeetcity name, logo, website design, texts and graphics are the property of the operator and its licensors. Game content remains the property of the respective software providers. Nothing on this website may be copied, reproduced or republished without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Casino provides its services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeetcity Casino is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, force majeure events, or a player's failure to keep credentials secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for proven gross negligence. Malfunction voids all pays and plays, in line with standard industry practice.
